About the Founder

Our founder conceived Mundo Yada when the worlds she had lived, loved, and carried finally met in one moment of clarity. An intersection of motherhood, identity, career, immigration, and daring to begin again. Her journey is one of crossing oceans and breaking patterns.

Some journeys begin with a clear plan. Others begin with a quiet realization that there is more to life than the roles we are expected to play. For our founder, the path to founding her brand grew from years of leadership, reflection, and a curiosity about how women can embrace all the worlds around them without having to sacrifice one world for another.

Professionally, our founder built a career at the juncture of strategy, technology, and people. She has led people at enterprise level across the country. Her experience involves translating complex challenges into elegant solutions to improve how organizations operate.

But behind the systems and strategy was always a deeper question:

What does it mean to live well?
Like many women navigating leadership, motherhood, and personal growth, our founder began to recognize the tension between achievement and wellbeing, strength and softness. The traditional narrative often suggested a choice between the two.

Mundo Yada is her offering to the world — a space shaped by the stories she carries, the cultures she belongs to, and the quiet strength she learned from starting over in a new country. Through warm minimalism, poetic storytelling, and intentional design, she creates a space to share experiences that honor the beauty of living between worlds.

The brand represents a philosophy of intentional and soft living—one that embraces both power and grace, discipline and ease. It is inspired by the idea that a woman’s identity is not singular. She can lead, nurture, create, rest, build, and evolve—sometimes all within the same day.

Our founder’s perspective is shaped not only by her executive leadership experience, but also by her role as a mother, her love for travel and nature, and her belief that growth—whether physical, professional, or personal—is a lifelong and worth pursuit.

Through her work and this brand, she hopes to create a space where women feel encouraged to embrace their full identity: capable, evolving, thoughtful, and powerful in ways that are both visible and quietly profound. We don’t want this to be just a site where our customers shop, but a place where our friends meet to share their stories with the world. Their stories involve career, motherhood, love, family and immigration.

It is our founder’s intention to share Mundo Yada because there is a world out there for all of us to know.
